Amy works with those dealing with trauma and is a trained EMDR therapist. She is also a trained PEERS Social Skills Group therapist with extensive programs supporting young adults and adolescents with ADHD, autism, depression, and anxiety.  Amy's office is located in Huntersville. She is an out of network provider who offers super billing.

Kaitlynn is a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with pre-martial counseling, couples counseling, adult counseling, anxiety, and depression counseling.

Kaitlynn's office is located in Pineville.

Katie is a licensed clinical social worker associate who works with children/adolescents, young adults, and families. Katie works with those ages 7+. Katie focuses on anxiety, depression, grief, parent/child conflict, impaired school performance, social skills, self-esteem, worth, stress, and emotional regulation. 

Katie accepts self-pay via HSA, credit or debit cards.

Rachel is licensed in North Carolina, and can provide virtual therapy in South Carolina, and Massachusetts. Rachel works with those 18+ dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessions/compulsions, phobias, and traumas.

Rachel sees clients virtually and in-person in Charlotte's Cotswold neighborhood.

Rachel accepts a variety of insurances (Aetna, Cigna, United, Medcost, etc.) as well as private pay and superbilling.

Kenia has a passion for working with children ages 3-18. Kenia offers play therapy, individual therapy, and child-parent relationship training. Kenia offers services in Spanish and English. She accepts Aetna and BCBS SHP and commercial plans as well as major credit cards, FSA cards, and provides super billing for out-of-network reimbursement. Kenia offers income based sliding scale rates.

Emily specializes in working with life transitions, relational challenges, substance use issues, and trauma recovery.
