Now Welcoming New Clients!

Find Connection at The Pine Center

Approachable, non-judgmental space for those looking for deep therapy and transformation.

This is a space for your full self to show up, the tender, the messy, the powerful, the tired. This space isn't one where healing is something you perform, but it is something that is embodied, felt, and remembered.

We are a collective of clinicians and interns offering deeply relational, trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and decolonial therapy.

We believe that healing is political. That rest is resistance. That your story deserves to be witnessed and not pathologized.

Whatever you're navigating, depression, past trauma, dissociation, identity, burnout, the quiet ache of survival, you don't have to do it alone.

You aren't broken or behind. You're already enough. Let's start from there.

At The Pine Center, we offer care rooted in deep listening, spaciousness, and trust.

We specialize in supporting folks navigating:

  • The impacts of trauma, in all the ways it lives in the body and nervous system

  • Dissociation, multiplicity, and plural experiences, always  held with respect, not suspicion

  • Complex family dynamics, including caregiver abuse and generational harm

  • Attachment wounds and relational pain that can make closeness feel unsafe, out of reach, or impossible

  • Living with chronic illness and pain in a system that often refuses to believe you

  • Identity exploration, affirmation, and resilience for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse communities

We don’t ask you to fit into diagnostic boxes.
We don’t treat you like a problem to be solved.

Instead, we walk alongside you, at your pace and on your terms, toward the kind of healing that feels true for you.
